Report cards were mailed home last weekend - all families should have received their 2nd quarter report cards by now. If you have not, please contact the middle school office, and we will make sure you get a copy.

Spring sports sign ups begin at the end of this month on February 27th. Please check and make sure your child’s physical is up to date as we may not have time to complete them in school before the season starts. If you have any questions regarding your child’s physical, don’t hesitate to call the Middle School Health office at 607-334-1600 ext. 2066

After some days of completing the NWEA assessment, all students at Norwich Middle School participated in a Non-Electronic Game Day activity. Students had a great time connecting with each other, having fun, and making connections with each other. It was a little celebration of the extraordinary hard work our kids have done!!!

School Counselors, Mr. Bennett and Mrs. van der Sommen are excited to share that our 8th grade students will be attending a DCMO BOCES Career Exploration field trip on February 15th during the school day.

During the visit, students will rotate to all Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, learn more about the courses, as well as local and regional career opportunities. This field trip is a great way for students to continue to take a deeper dive into career investigations.

Students are encouraged to return alongside their family members to attend their Career Night event scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2023

Each Family CharacterDare offers families the opportunity to engage in challenges designed to increase connection and conversation at home. These CharacterDare challenges also provide students with more opportunities to practice habits discussed in class.

Keeping your teen on track with school. We are nearly through January. This year is flying by. We are really focusing on school attendance this year because showing up gives your teen the best chances for success. Here are some ways you can help keep your teen on track by paying attention to attendance.
