Counselors Corner
We are beginning our lessons on Empathy and Kindness this month. What this look like for each grade level:
Kindergarten/First:
Learning about the power of kindness and how show other we care about them.
Second/Third:
Learning empathy, how it is connected to kindness, and how we can show empathy and kindness to others.
Fourth/Fifth:
Learning how to better understand a point of view different than their own. Using empathy to help make their school community a better place.

P.E.
If you plan to participate in the Miller school KIDS HEART CHALLENGE event, please follow the guidelines:
- Each student must return the bottom portion of the form signed by a parent or guardian to participate.
- All money must be collected by JANUARY 27, 2023 and turned in to your P.E. teacher
- Checks must be made out to the American Heart Association
- The prize will be awarded in February
