Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you all for supporting Title I Curriculum Night/Grandparents Night. It was a pleasure having the opportunity to speak with you face-to-face this week. I warmed my heart to watch the grandparents enjoy the crafts, pictures on stage with the grandchildren, and view the potato character projects. It was our pleasure to welcome and serve you at VWES! I also wanted to thank Mayor Ross for reading to our students this past Wednesday.
As we enter the eighth week of the school year, we have witnessed students’ curiosity blossom, watched them ask insightful questions, and observed their eagerness to learn. Our teachers have been working diligently to provide engaging and meaningful lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students. I am immensely proud of our educators for their unwavering commitment and the passion they bring to the classroom each day.
As we move forward, I encourage you to continue to maintain open lines of communication with your child's teachers and the school administration. We value your input, and by working together as a team, we can ensure that your child receives the best possible education. If you have any concerns, questions, or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your feedback is invaluable in our continuous efforts to improve and refine our educational programs.
Lastly, I want to express my gratitude for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your child. We take this responsibility to heart and remain committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that cultivates a love for learning and encourages personal growth.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support. Together, we will continue to celebrate our students' achievements, nurture their potential, and shape their futures. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful week ahead and a happy Fall Break.
Warm regards,
Will Zwingmann, Ed.S.
