Wow hasn't this half-term flown! We have enjoyed a great final day to Spring 1 with Grandparents to Lunch and Reading Reward.
Below are our up and coming diary dates and events.
Have a lovely half-term and we will see you on the 19th February.

Have a lovely weekend!
Events
Easter Bingo
We have a newly formed Friends of Swinefleet Primary School (FOSPS) group working in partnership with the school to support us by fundraising and organising events for you all to enjoy. Our first event is coming up and we would really love your support so please join us and get your family and friends to come along too!
Family Bingo with great prizes, food and refreshments and lots of raffle prizes too! If you would like to reserve a table to guarantee your place for the night just let us know via the office.
We are looking for FOSPS members even if it is just to support with events or organising. If you would like to be involved we would love to hear from you so just let the school office know. Thanks.

Some of the prizes all ready to go. Huge thanks to FOSPS member Amie for sorting these they are wonderful!
World Book Day
Pyjama Fun for World Book Day Thursday 7th March
The School Council have organised for this World Book Day to be a bedtime story theme where we all come in our pyjamas so that we don't have to buy costumes. They have also asked that if your child has a book they have read and would like to swap then bring it along to our book swap.
Red Nose Day
Raising Money for a Local Cause Friday 15th March
This year the School COuncil have proposed that we come dressed in non-uniform as usual but can choose to donate £1 or bring in some food items as this year they would like to support a local charity. The children are going to hold a vote on this after half-term to see which charity the children choose to support.
Menu and Diary Dates
Please see the menu below. Children can have a hot dinner on any day and do not need to be hot dinners all week. Dinners do not need to be pre-booked.
Dinners can be paid for via our ParentMail App. Children in Reception, Year One and Year Two are entitled to Universal Free School Meals.
Free School Meals are available to some children dependent on household income. If you think you could be eligible there is more information available via Apply for free school meals - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) or Mrs Risebury will happily give you further information of how to apply.
