How to Log In...
Chrome, Google Drive and More
Logging into Chrome
Logging into Chrome has a lot of benefits! Check out a short video on how to log into Chrome!
How do my students login?
When your student signs into a Chromebook they are actually signing on to the Chrome platform, like I showed you above. This gives them immediate access to all of their Google Drive files, extensions, and bookmarks. It also gives them access to Google Classroom and allows you to push information to them.
Why do my students have to input their information twice?
We have single--sign-on set up for everyone using our domain, @frankfort.kyschools.us. This allows you to log in at the beginning and have access to your Google products and Microsoft products, like your email. This gives students the same access, once they sign onto the Chromebook everything is already logged in for them.
Should my students use Guest Mode?
Using Guest mode defeats the easy and accessible options a Chromebook has to offer. When your students sign into a Chromebook, please have them add user or enter their password if their profile already exists on that device.
My student forgot their password!
Click HERE to access your student's usernames and passwords! Please do not share the spreadsheet with parents or students.
