Principal's Desk
This week was filled with some wonderful special events and opportunities. Monday we had many families take part in our schoolwide student council organized service project. We had 45 Lincoln community members volunteer at Feed My Starving Children in Aurora. We had our very first week of additional opportunities during lunch recess provided by our volunteers that have signed up for Female Phenomes, thank you Ms. Docimo, a grandma of a Lincoln student. This was wonderful, and please sign up if you are interested, the form is above. I have included photos of our students taking advantage of this opportunity.
As we approach the final few weeks, next week we will have all students take our spring diagnostic in iReady. Students will take this on Tuesday and Thursday, this is an exciting time and we look forward to seeing the students demonstrate all they have learned this year. We will continue to encourage all students to work on their personalized pathway on iReady even after the diagnostic, but will also have an incentive to work on this over the summer as well.

5th Grade Choir Concert-This week
The 5th Grade Choir Concert will be held on Tuesday, May 3, at 5:30 pm in the Munhall gymnasium. Choir members will meet in the music room at 5:15 and should wear their choir t-shirts and dark-colored pants. At this time, the district is asking that the audience continue to be limited to 4 people per musician to best maintain social distancing between families. We are looking forward to a fantastic performance from these talented singers!
