Squadfunds student emails due TOMORROW, Aug. 7.
We will be using SquadFunds.com as our partner in our upcoming Fundraiser being held by the Hebron Band, and to be successful, it will take each of you! Squadfunds is a platform that Hebron Band (and many other Hebron and other school organizations) use to raise funds for our organization in a quick and easy way. Squadfunds enables our students to reach out to friends and family for donations to support our upcoming season through standardized email campaigns.
We will be signing everyone up (via your cell phone) and manually putting in 20+ emails this Monday, August 7, 2023 with the help of representatives from SquadFunds.com.
Please use the attached form to collect your emails.
A representative form SquadFunds will walk us through the signup process, and our expectation to make this as successful as possible is that all members will bring this information to summer band on Monday, August 7, 2023.

Presto & you
Thank you for visiting us at Band Fair. If you did not get a chance to attend, please log into Presto at www.presto-assistant.com to view your statement and make payments.
If you have Presto questions (log in assistance), contact presto@hebronband.org
If you have billing questions, please contact studentaccts@hebronband.org
Docusign must be completed ASAP!
We sent out our Docusign documents to parents and students about 10 days ago. As of August
6th - we still have about 340 forms waiting to be signed / filled out. Parents, please encourage
your students to login their email and sign the forms.
Parents and students have each received two emails. The emails came from “Jeff Mabray via
Docusign.” Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them. One will contain just the LISD
Drug Policy & Medical Release; the other will contain all the other forms.
- Please complete all fields, and submit. Once you and your student have completed all fields, you’ll both get an email confirmation telling you “Your Document Has Been Completed.”
- You will want to find 10 to 15 minutes of uninterrupted time where you can sit down and carefully and thoughtfully review each document and the complete ALL required fields and any optional fields that apply to you and your situation.
- Docusign helps you out by filling in some information as you type. For example, once you have entered your student’s name, it should auto-populate in other fields where it is required.
We can not have students perform in any football games or any other outside of school
activities with these forms being completed.
If your family did NOT receive the emails at all or you have questions about the forms, please
reach out to presidentelect@hebronband.org and I will get back with you. Again, we only need
one set of forms per student, not per parent/guardian. You do not need to create a docusign
account or download their app to complete these forms.
BOA Grand Nats Championships financial assistance requests due this Wednesday!
If you have a financial need for assistance with paying for the Bands of America Grand Nationals Championships trip, please email scholarships@hebronband.org and give us your name, your student’s name, and their section. We will send you a form to fill out. When you receive the form, please fill it out and submit it within 24 hours otherwise we may not be able to consider your application.
While the Booster Club does all it can to help meet financial needs, we can not guarantee
funding at the requested level. Again, to apply or for any questions, please contact
If you haven't signed your student up for the Grand Nationals trip, please remember to do so. We have 46 students who have not been signed up at this time. If you aren't registered, you won't be considered for traveling to Indy.
Payment #2 of 4 for BOA Grand Nationals Championships was due on Friday.
Log in to your Music Travel account, and post your $325 payment. If you have any questions, please reach out to your section parent. If you aren’t sure how to reach your section parent, their emails are located at the bottom of this newsletter.
Order Game Night Dinners for your student by August 13!
What is a Game Night Dinner?
Students have a very short time after school on Fridays to eat before preparing for a game and even less time for away games. The HBBC has arranged for meals to be delivered to the school to make your life easier. For $8.00 a meal ($80.00 pre-paid for the season), your band student can have a warm meal delivered to the school.
We're excited to partner with the following restaurants this year for our dinners: Carrabbas, El Paisa, Bread Zeppelin, Walk Ons, Dillas, Chicken Express, Panda Express and Dominos!
- How do I order? Order meals here: HBBC Fall 2023 GND Orders
- How do I pay? We accept cash, check or credit card (fees apply). The order form has details.
- What's my deadline? We'll accept orders until Sunday August 13th
Want to help? Join our GND team! We need help organizing and serving meals. Link to volunteer coming soon.
Questions/Comments? Email gnd@hebronband.org
Yard signs are available for purchase until August 19th ONLY! Please download and order from PDF!
We still have a few spots open for volunteering to sell spirit wear at the summer band concert.

Subscribe to our Google Calendar!
Did you know that we have a google calendar that you can subscribe to? This calendar is updated continually with all of the major band events (Games, competitions, concerts, etc) on it.
It does not have each week's specific rehearsal schedule on it - stay tuned to the newsletter for that - but it does have the big events on it.
You can get access to this calendar by doing the following:
- go to our website at www.hebronband.org
- At the top of the page you will see a header with lots of choices. Choose "Members"
- When asked for a password - enter "Monomyth23!"
The "Members" page is where we will make different things available that we want to share with our band family, but not the entire world. This includes photos taken by our wonderfully talented photography team, as well as other items. From this page, you can click on "View Calendar". That will take you to the calendar page.
At the bottom of that page, you can click the plus sign next to the Google logo to add it to your account.
Alternatively, you can also select this link, to get to the same page.
Subscribing to this calendar will make sure you stay up to date with all of the Band events!
