BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT & HSA GENERAL MEETING

Home & School Meeting - 5:00 PM

Back to School Night / Fall Title 1 Meeting - 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Please join us for the opportunity to meet all of your student's teachers and get an overview of the new school year! Learn how you can support the HSA and how we can support you as parents and caregivers.

Important - Medical Forms need updating

There are two medical forms that need yearly updating for all students. If you have not already done so, please complete the medical information form and the med-1 form which allows our nurse to administer medication to students while in school.

If your student tests positive for Covid, the reporting form can be found here as well.

We will be holding a mini Open House for prospective families on Wednesday, September 20 from 12-2 pm. The larger Open Houses will be held October 17-19, from 9am - 2pm.
