Mr. Budisch and I had a little fun

On Wednesday afternoon, Mr. Budisch braved the cold and came to my house to record a school closing video. We need some singing lessons, but we sure had some fun. Here's hoping that you don't have to listen to another one of these this year.

Cold Day Reading Challenge

After 3 days without school, I emailed our students and staff about a reading challenge. I also posted it on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Here's a compilation of the reading selfies I received from students, staff, and educators around the country.

Career Day is Friday, April 26th

Merton Intermediate School will be hosting a half day career event on Friday, April 26, 2019. The event will take place between 8:30 - 11:30 at Merton Intermediate School. We are seeking professionals to participate in either of the following options that day:

Speaking to students during 25 minute sessions about your career and highlighting the opportunities of your career field or company
Conducting Mock-Interviews with 6th - 8th grade students using provided questions.

We are hoping to give students an opportunity to explore a wide variety of career fields, so please consider sharing your time and expertise with our students!

Arrowhead Scholarship Fund annual dinner

The Arrowhead Scholarship Fund is holding its 20th annual dinner auction February 8 at Rustic Manor. This event helps us raise funds for more than 70 scholarships, given each year to deserving AHS seniors.
