News from the Pack

Hello to all our Wolves! We have reached October, and I feel like we just blinked. We have had a great start to the school year, and it has been so fabulous to see all of the hard work that the amazing teachers at Seth have done and to see all of the smiling faces of our students every day. Open House went amazing. It was so good to see so many people. As I was looking at our calendar for the month of October, we are going to have a busy month! To those that have seen me at different points throughout the month and said "Hello" or had a congratulatory wish for me, I wanted to say "Thank You." I am so excited to see where we are headed and how we are always working to "Win The Day."

Arrival Procedures

• Students can begin being dropped off at 8:45 AM and can start entering the building at 8:55 AM.

Valet Drop-Off Procedure

• Pull your car up to the drop-off area located on the north sidewalk in front of the school. Please have your student on the passenger side of the vehicle. This helps ensure children’s safety and keeps cars moving efficiently through the loading area. Please continue to pull as far forward as possible to allow room for others to pull in behind you. Remain in your vehicle unless assisting your child. Please do not stop your vehicle in the crosswalk.

• Once students have been unloaded from the car, they will walk along the sidewalk to the front of the building where they will line up and wait to be escorted to their classrooms.

Dismissal Procedures for Parent Pick-Up / Valet Line

• Students picked up in the valet line are released between 3:15-3:30 pm.

• When picking up students, be sure the car dashboard sign with your child’s name is easily visible to the attendants by placing it on the passenger side of the front window or passenger side window. These signs help school staff know you are the correct parent/guardian. You may be required to show identification if you don’t have your dashboard sign.

• Please continue to move your vehicle forward to allow room for others behind you. Please do not stop your vehicle in the crosswalk.

• Please remain in your vehicle.

• Your child should enter the vehicle on the passenger side so they don’t have to enter the street.

Bus Procedure PM

• Students will be dismissed from their classrooms as each bus arrives. They will load directly onto the bus and sit in their assigned seats.

Walkers

• Students walking home are released at 3:30 PM. If students are walking with other students, they are to meet outside the front of the school near the sign labeled WALKERS MEET HERE.
