Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Latonya Mason (Fine Arts Teacher)
Mrs. LaTonya Mason is one of those amazing people who cares about everyone and finds time to be a caring force in their lives. She takes charge of a room through strength and compassion, a combination that gives students the freedom to be creative and the knowledge to know they are safe. Without fear, students are allowed to explore their inner creative personalities. Mrs. Mason was the founder of the Spring Art Show. She founded and sponsored the Class Act for young ladies and Distinguished Gentlemen for young men. Outside of Warren she is a devout Christian and enjoys church functions, music and most of all family.

Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 16 and Older
Beginning Wednesday, March 31st, all Indiana residents 16 and above will be eligible for the COVID vaccine. Additionally, beginning Tuesday, April 6, the mask mandate becomes a mask advisory with a few exceptions. One of those exceptions is the school setting. Warren will maintain our mask requirement for students and staff as well as our social distancing and handwashing expectations for the remainder of the school year.
"Spread the Word to end the word"
In honor of Disability Awareness Month for the month of March, Best Buddies would like to send out the pledge form below for "Spread the word to end the word." Typically there is a large focus on spreading the word to end the 'R-word'. This year we not only strive to eliminate that word, but also want to spread awareness of the word INCLUSION.
Spread the Word: Inclusion is now the focus of this global campaign working towards inclusion for all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We hope that you will join us in supporting this movement by filling out this quick form below to say YES to ending the 'r-word' and spreading inclusion!

April 14th - Youth Opportunities Fair
Congressman Carson is hosting his annual Youth Opportunities Fair on Wednesday, April 14 from 4-7pm. The event will be held virtually this year, and participants will have the option to video chat live with over 50 organizations providing job, internship, volunteer, and enrichment opportunities. Senior Orders from Herff Jones
If you have ordered senior items from Herff Jones, please watch for an email from Mrs. Waggoner in the Bookstore informing you when your order has arrived and is ready for pick up. Caps and gowns will not be included in these orders and will be delivered to all students at a later date.

2021 Summer School Virtual Courses (Indiana Online Academy)
This year Warren Central High School will partner with Indiana Online Academy to provide students with additional course offerings.
- Current 10th and 11th-grade students who are planning to work ahead to earn credits in Government (grade 11), Economics (grade 11), U.S. History 1 and 2 (grade 10), or students who need to take PE and Health, will complete the coursework through Indiana Online Academy (IOA) with IOA instructors.
- These courses will be entirely virtual and will be conducted from June 7, 2021-July 18, 2021. Enrollment for these courses begins on April 5, 2021.
- Students who enroll in these courses will follow the timelines and guidance of the IOA program.
- Once a student successfully completes the course, the course will be added to the student’s transcript. These courses will be offered at no cost to current Warren Central High School students.
