The Irvine Family Resource Center is available to IUSD Families and typically serves students/parents who are having difficulty accessing their mental health support through their insurance provider due to lapse of coverage, a limited amount of sessions, not having mental health coverage within their insurance provider or is having difficulty getting linked to an appropriate provider. SAY SOMETHING- Last Spring the Irvine Unified School District implemented the Sandy Hook Promise SAY SOMETHING Anonymous Reporting System, also known as SS-ARS for short. This additional safety protocol allows for students, staff, and the community to send anonymous tips about life safety and non-life safety issues happening on or around our school. HIGH SCHOOL UPDATES AND INFORMATION

U.S. Service Academy Information Night- This informational night will be hosted on October 7th at 5:30PM. It is geared toward high school students who are interested in attending a Service Academy. The presentation will discuss how to apply for a Congressional Nomination, but it will also have representatives from the Merchant Marines, Coast Guard, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, and U.S. Military Academy. These representatives will discuss what the academies are looking for, but also what they have to offer interested high school students. Click Here to register.

Students who have earned a D or F for this grading period, or who need additional support should attend teacher Office Hours every Monday. Their Runway series is carefully structured to give students and families the tips, tools, and timelines they need to reach their college goals.
