IMPORTANT MVISD UPDATE

In accordance with the current Texas Education Agency guidelines, families may choose to change their current Method of Instruction setting for Remote/Online or In-person/On-Campus learning. Beginning on Monday September 14th 2020, families must visit the Skyward Family Access portal and confirm their preferred Method of Instruction setting for the 2nd six-weeks grading period for each student in the household. Families can make changes, or choose to keep their current setting during the open selection period which ends on Sunday September 20th 2020 at 11:59 pm.

Q: Do ALL students need to confirm their Method of Instruction setting in Skyward Family Access?

A: YES.

Q: Can different family members be in different Educational Learning Environments?

A: YES. Families must complete the process for ALL students.

Q: Once submitted, can the parent/guardian go back and make changes?

A: Yes. Corrections can be made until Sunday September 20th 2020 at 11:59 pm

Q: What happens if I miss the deadline?

A: You will remain in your current Method of Instruction
