MST Weekly Update
March 31, 2023

Here we are on the last day of March. It is hard to believe how quickly the school year has passed by and that there are only school 9 1/2 weeks between now and the last day of school (6/15/23).
Wednesday morning, there was a small electrical fire in out lunch preparation kitchen. Thankfully, nobody was injured and there was minimal damage. However, because of the strong odor of burnt plastic throughout the building, the decision was made to switch to a remote day. Our students and staff did a great job adjusting to the quick switch.
Reminder: 3rd quarter ends on Thursday 4/6.
Future Detectives in Training
On Thursday March 30th, students from our Criminal Justice/ Law Class took a Field Trip to LOCK’D Escape Room in the Mall of NH. The students were challenged in their communication and analytical thinking in order to ESCAPE!! They were ALL IN!!!
A perfect way to challenge our students' knowledge and skills. A GREAT WAY TO END OUR 3RD QUARTER!!
SkillsUSA NH
SkillsUSA NH Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics and Long Hair Design competition will be Sunday April 2 at Pinkerton Academy in Derry from 8-3. Awards will follow from 3-4. NOTE-THIS IS A NEW LOCATION

As our future leaders and residents, a great number of Manchester’s youth are already giving their time and talents by volunteering and their commitment and spirit deserve to be celebrated.
All students who attend Manchester public high schools are eligible to apply. Four awards will be presented (ideally one at each high school) to those students whose volunteer engagement demonstrates deep commitment to impacting the lives of others and the greater community.
