Blocked Number

for Microsoft Authentication

BlockedNumber for Microsoft Authentication
When signing into your district email from a new district device or from the Microsoft Outlook app on your phone, you are required to authenticate this sign in by setting up a Multifactor Authenticator with your preferred phone number for Microsoft to call. Just like computers our phone will sometimes mistake an unknown number as SPAM and send it to your Blocked Number list. If this happens find your phone brand below to access this setting.

iPhone Users

Go to:

Settings >Phone > Blocked Contacts

Android Users

Go to:

Settings>Blocked Numbers

Once you are in this setting you will be looking for 1-855-330-8653. If this number is listed unblock it.


After following these steps and you are still not receiving a call from Microsoft put in a Technology Work Order and the Technology Department can reset your authentication.
