News for You:
- Cornhole Raffle: The PTO is selling raffle tickets for custom-made Ranger Cornhole Boards (see picture below). The tickets will be sold for the next two weeks, and the raffle drawing will take place Thursday night, May 11, at our Family Math Night!
- M-STEP: Our 3rd grade students will continue their M-STEP assessment next week! They will participate in the math assessment. Let's ensure students are getting enough sleep and a complete breakfast. Thanks!
- Book Swap: Our last book swap is on Friday, May 5! All K-1 students are encouraged to bring in books to swap, but all students can get a book. All 2nd-4th grade students will swamp books if they only bring in a book(s) to swap. Thanks!
- Kindergarten Open House/Roundup: Our annual Kindergarten Open House will be on Wednesday, May 17, at 5:30 pm. The meeting will be for all incoming kindergarteners and families (see separate flyer for more details).
- PTO Mom-to-Mom Sale: Calling all Moms! We need more tables reserved for our 1st annual PTO Mom-to-Mom Sale! Click here to reserve your table for our 1st annual Mom-to-Mom sale on Saturday, May 20! We will look at the number of tables sold by Friday, May 5, to determine if we will still have it.
- PTO: The PTO (parent-teacher organization) is looking for new parent recruits who want to be a part of a great group to enhance the school experience for all students! Please get in touch with Mr. Katona if you're interested in joining! Our next meeting will be on Monday, May 1, at 6:30 pm in the elementary teacher's lounge.
- Drop-off Lane: Parents/Guardians! Please don't leave your vehicle in the drop-off lane; pull forward to allow other vehicles to enter. This WILL help the flow of traffic.
- Warmer Weather: Please watch the weather to prepare your child with the appropriate clothing for outside recess. Thank you! **Update-It looks to be chilly all next week! Please have your child dress accordingly. Thanks!
- Water Bottles: Please remember to have your child bring a water bottle to school. Especially on warmer days. Thank you!
- WIN Room Clothes: We are looking for clothes donations (pants, shirts, etc.) for our WIN room. You can drop them off in the elementary office. Thank you.
- Popcorn Fridays: Parent/Guardians, popcorn Fridays are back! Students will get a bag of popcorn one Friday of the month (usually the last Friday). We are asking students to bring in $.25 per month to help offset the cost of the popcorn. This is not mandatory, and we thank you for your help! *Our next Popcorn Thursday will be on May 25!
