How to Cancel Automatic Renewal
As stated in our Terms of Service, all of our Premium Plans are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing period, unless otherwise canceled by the user.
Follow the guide below to learn how to cancel the automatic renewal on your account.
Steps to Cancel Automatic Renewal
1. Access your Account page
Hover over "Account" on the right side of the top toolbar. Click on "Account & billing."
2. Click the "cancel your subscription" link
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. In the "Delete Account" section, click the link "cancel your subscription."
3. Follow the prompts
Make sure to complete all of the steps to cancel the automatic renewal. If you do not complete all of the steps, your automatic renewal will continue to be active and you will receive an automatic charge at the end of your billing period.
What it Means to Cancel the Automatic Renewal on your Account
By canceling the automatic renewal on your account, your Premium Plan will be canceled at the end of the billing period and the account will be downgraded to the Free plan. This means that while you will continue to have access to all your newsletters, you will not be able to make any changes or create new newsletters.
No need to worry! You can upgrade your account back to a Premium Plan at any moment directly from one of our pricing pages.
