Haunted House FINAL Reminders
We are almost to our Annual Haunted House Event tomorrow evening. We are SOOOOOO excited. This is a DETAILED email with final reminders. Please read in full.
Here are some FINAL Reminders for Tomorrow:
1) School NOW ENDS at 1:30pm (TOMORROW). If your child does not attend A+, please be ontime for pick-up, as our teachers and staff need to go to help set-up the Haunted House for a Fun Family event.
2) If you pre-ordered and picked the WILL CALL Option and did not pick it up by today, your order will be at the ticket booth tomorrow night.
The Ticket Booth will be open from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
3) Timeline of Events for Our Haunted Evening -
Dinner: 5:00pm - 6:15pm. ***This is for PRE-ORDERED/PRE-PAID Families Only. NO Dinner Tickets will be sold the night of the event.
Prize Drawing: 6:00pm *tickets must be turned in at the front of the cafe By 6pm. The tickets are BLUE and families need to Neatly Print child's First/Last Name, Class # and Phone Number on the ticket. ***IF you pre-ordered, label your ticket BEFORE you come. If you didn't purchase tickets and/or wish to purchase more, you can do so at the front of the Cafe for $5.00ea. (Prizes Are: AirPods, 55" TV, $100 CPK Gift Card & Movie Certificate, AND 1-Night Hotel Stay at DoubleTree Hotel.
Haunted House & Games, Glitter Tattoos & Snack/Glow Stick Sales: 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Anyone wishing to play GAMES MUST have a GREEN wristband. Anyone wishing to go through the Haunted House MUST have a BLUE Wristband. Glitter Tattoos are open to ALL (NO Wristband Required). Snacks & Foam Glow Sticks will be sold (Prices range from $1.00 to $3.00 CASH ONLY).
8:30pm END of Event - Haunted House and Games will end at 8:30pm. ONLY Staff and Parent/Guardian Volunteers will be allowed to stay on campus for BREAKDOWN. Reminder if volunteering for Breakdown, we ask that ONLY adults stay, for safety reasons we need to have NO children staying after 8:30pm.
4) Parking - ALL Family Parking is OFF CAMPUS, please plan accordingly.
5) Didn't Pre-Order??? The Ticket Booth will be open from 5pm - 7pm selling Prize Drawing Tickets ($5ea.) and Haunted House Wristbands & Games Wristbands ($8ea). CASH ONLY and Small Bills Requested.
6) Please Plan Ahead With Your Family and have a game plan of where you want to Meet-Up After exiting the Haunted House and when the event closes. Families are in-charge of each other at this event. Our Staff and Volunteers will be busy running the event. We anticipate this to be one of our biggest attended events with hundreds of people, so please be prepared for a large crowd. Your Mindful patience and flexibility is appreciated.
7) A+ Families - Today Auntie Tammie will hand out a flyer about pick-up tomorrow from A+. We ask for your flexibility as this will be a change for this day only, as our front parking lot will be closed at 2pm to allow our staff to set-up. Please reference the flyer as it explains where you will pick-up your A+ child from (Back Leahi Field by BIG Tree). Families will NOT be able to walk on campu to get to the back field. You will need to WALK on the Road Sidewalk on Leahi Ave and enter through the back round-about.
8) Off-Limits - Please note, the play fields (Kinder, Flag Pole, BBALL Courts and Parking Area on Leahi Field) are Off-Limits to Families. This is a SAFETY Issue and we ask Families to please be MINDFUL of this request. Families should ONLY be in the Front Parking Lot, the Cafe and the Haunted House Line.

Garden Work Day - This Saturday
Food Farm Family Work Day - Saturday, Oct. 21st, 8:30am-10:30am. Weed, trim, pot plants, compost fruit trees and more! Bring your water bottle and gloves. As our parking lot will be used as a part of an event during this period, all volunteers will need to park off-campus. Thank you for your cooperation and for supporting Waikiki School's Food Farm!
