Principal Message
Mrs. Klein and I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season. Student’s last day is December 20th. Please enjoy your winter break and create many wonderful memories. The holidays are good times for storytelling around the dinner table, playing games, reading to each other or watching your favorite movie.
When winter break comes close to ending, I encourage you to prepare your child for their return to school ready to learn on January 5th, 2023. I know they will be well rested and have many exciting things to share. We will review with a lot of practice and encouragement as we get back into our daily routines and school-wide expectations.
Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year from our Gold Academy School family to yours.

Hello Car Rider Families
A friendly reminder that we asked parents not to get out of their vehicles while they are in the car rider line. We understand that we have some families that need assistance with helping with closing the door or buckling students in. Any family that needs additional time or help, can pull forward beyond the car rider line to assist their child. We have added an additional staff member to support closing the passenger door. As the weather begins to get colder, we must make one change in our car rider procedure. When the weather drops significantly, we will not have students stand outside before getting in their vehicles. Students will remain inside (double doors) once their number is called to look for their vehicle. In the afternoon, we begin our car rider line at 2:17 p.m. and our goal is to be finished no later than 2:40 p.m. Weather may affect this time and we thank you for your patience and understanding with this change.
