Take A Peek At Our Week
Halloween Parade
Costumes for Halloween
Halloween Costume Guidelines
Costumes MUST be school appropriate- for children and adult volunteers.
-no weapons
-no violent or explicit costumes
-no blood
-no fully covered face masks
-no face painting
Please have your child practice how to put on their costume independently at home. We will also not be sending students to the washroom to put on their costumes, so they need to be able to put it on over what they are wearing to school that day. There are just not enough bathroom stalls for all students in the building!
Students will not change out of their costume after the PTA party. They will be wearing their costume home!

Veteran's Day Celebration
Evergreen Elementary School will be holding our annual Veteran’s Day Assembly on Friday, November 11th at 1:45 P.M. We will be honoring the service of veterans and the men and women in our Armed Forces.
We will have a PTA reception for our guests and several special activities along with our patriotic songs. We are asking that all students in scouting organizations wear their uniforms that day and students wear red, white and blue.
This year we will be supporting the Blue Star Moms of Illinois. The Blue Star Moms work to support active duty military and veterans with cards, letters of encouragement and needed donations. Evergreen School is proud to help out by collecting much needed items. See the list below for requested donations
