Thursday is Purple Up Day at PPS!
Cheer Team Tryouts: Open to incoming 7th - 12th graders
Monday April 11th — 6 - 7 pm
Tryout Information & Parent/Participant Meeting
Meeting will be held in the warming room at the hockey arena. You will collect your tryout packet at this meeting.
Tryouts will take place as follows:
Wednesday April 13th — 4:30-7:30 pm
Conference room upstairs at the hockey arena
Thursday April 14th — 4:30-7:30 pm
Conference room upstairs at the hockey arena
Friday — Official Tryouts! 4:30-7:30 pm
Conference room upstairs at the hockey arena
On ice hockey team tryouts 5:45-6:45 pm
Mark your calendars for SPRING FLING
3 PM - 6 PM
This will be a great opportunity for students to dance, play games, and just have some fun! More information coming soon.
Spring Fundraiser
We are so excited to announce our spring card fundraiser! We will be selling
boxes of 30 greeting cards for $30 each. The school will be making $13/box to enrich your child’s education!
The top seller will win a $75 Amazon gift card. Second place will win a $50 gift
card to Amazon!
There are 4 different styles of boxes.
- Box 1 and 2 are both all-occasion boxes with a mixture of cards. There is everything from birthday cards to wedding cards!
- The Kids Birthday Box has 30 birthday cards.
- The Thanks and Blanks are exactly that…30 thank you cards and blank cards!
All the cards are beautiful and individually plastic wrapped. They also all come with a matching envelope.
Attached is an order form and pictures of all the boxes available.
All checks should be made out to: Jedlicka Middle School.
Order forms are due by Fri., April 22nd. Pickup will be announced by the school.

Reminder about student dress code as weather (hopefully) gets warmer
As the weather gets warmer, it is important to remember that we have a dress code at Proctor Public Schools and some clothing is not appropriate to wear while at school. According to school policy, inappropriate clothing includes but is not limited to:
Short shorts
Short dresses or skirts
Skimpy tank tops that expose the midriff
“Undershirts” worn as a top
Clothing that reveals the underwear when standing in a normal body posture
Halter tops
Clothing which bears a message that is lewd, vulgar, obscene, has a sexual reference or promotes products or activities that are illega for use by minors
Clothing with objectionable emblems, signs, words, objects, or pictures that communicate a message that is racist, sexist, or otherwise derogatory to a protected minority group

Setting up Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus is a free program for families-- providing access to essential information about your child's academic progress. Common uses of Infinite Campus are to check on grades, missing assignments, review attendance, and receive notifications from the teachers.
Each child has a different activation key. This unique code is used to provide access to secure information such as academic performance and attendance. Enter your child's activation key into the system to gain access. CLICK HERE to enter this information.
