Green Apple Cocktails & Mocktails

Ingredients

6 to 8 big peppermint or spearmint leaves, plus an extra sprig for garnish

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh squeezed green apple juice

Crushed ice

Club soda, to taste

Put the mint leaves and the sugar in a tall glass. Crush the mint leaves with the handle of a wooden spoon until the mint is macerated and broken up. (The sugar will have a green tint.)

Add the lime juice and stir well.

Add the apple juice and a generous amount of crushed ice.

Top off with

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Green Apple Fizz

. (Start with a small amount of soda, taste and add more if you like.)

Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz Tequila
• 1 ½ oz Sour Apple Liqueur
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• ½ oz Agave (optional)*
• 4 ozs of Green Apple Fizz
• Optional Garnishes: Lime Wedges, Slices of Apple

Instructions

• Fill a shaker with ice and pour in all ingredients, EXEPT the Sprite.

• Shake vigorously until shaker is chilled to the touch.

• Fill a highball glass with ice and slices of apple (if using). Strain the cocktail into glass. Top with sprite and garnish with wedge of lime. Enjoy!

2 oz. (60ml) Green Apple Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) Sour Apple Pucker
2 oz. (60ml) Melon Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Sweet & Sour
Green Apple Fizz to taste (1 stick mixed with 8 oz water)
Garnish: Green Apple Slice/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled shaking glass add green apple vodka, sour apple pucker, melon liqueur and sweet and sour. Shake well.
2. Strain mix over ice in serving glass and top with lemon lime soda.
3. Garnish with a green apple slice and a cherry.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!

1 oz. (30ml) Crown Royal Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Melon Liqueur
3 oz. (90ml) Sweet & Sour
Garnish: Jolly Rancher Rim/Lemon Wheel/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of glass lightly in corn syrup and crushed green apple jolly ranchers. Set aside.
2. Add ice, whiskey, melon liqueur and sweet and sour to a mixing glass and shake to combine.

4. Strain over ice in rimmed glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
