Hello Mill Valley Families,
Please join me in congratulating Robin Schrot on being selected as a recipient of the Herb Kohl Leadership Award.
Our very own Mrs. Schrot is 1 of only 12 public school principals in the state of Wisconsin to receive this recognition. This is one of the highest recognitions a Wisconsin principal can receive!
We all know and love Robin for her sparkly personality, can-do attitude, and outpouring of love for Mill Valley families, students, and staff! She is more than deserving of this recognition!
Congratulations, Robin!
Here is some information about the Leadership Award:
The Leadership Award was established in 2016 to recognize outstanding Wisconsin principals in grades pre-K through 12.
Leadership Award recipients are school principals who are being recognized for setting high standards for instruction, achievement and character, and creating a climate to best serve students, families, staff and community.
Leadership Award recipients are selected by a statewide committee composed of civic leaders, and representatives of education-related associations and the program’s co-sponsors: The Wisconsin Newspaper Association Foundation, Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Wisconsin Council of Religious and Independent Schools (WCRIS), regional Cooperative Educational Service Agencies (CESA), the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators, and the Wisconsin Parents Association.
Sincerely,
Allyce Harris, Associate Principal
