Mustang Families,
We have arrived at our D123 Spring Break! This is our opportunity to pause and reflect before returning for the final stretch of the 2022/2023 school year! On behalf of our entire OLHMS staff, we wish each of our extended Mustang families a safe and wonderful break!
As we return to school on Monday, April 3, 2023 please know that we do have a short week! After this choppy first week back, we have a very busy schedule of events for the final thirty something days of school! During these days, we will expect our scholars to not only do their best, but be their best as we strive to continue living our school mission.
Our first week back from break will have our 8th Grade scholars taking college tours, our 6th Grade scholars taking part in their EGDE Graduation and our entire school participating in the Erin’s Law presentations before learning about potential career choices of the future! We do not have school on Tuesday (4/4), Friday (4/7) and Monday (4/10). Additional future dates in the month of April are below to keep in mind!
Our goal is always to have every student take part in our end of the year activities! The month of May will be here before we know it and prove to be a whirlwind of excitement! As we take part in these very exciting events and look forward to closing this school year, please remind our scholars of the importance of following our Mustang Musts of being Respectful, being Responsible and being Safe! Our school events will be privileges earned for our scholars demonstrating our Mustang Musts!
