Vision Statement

The Bell High School Counseling program, through collaboration with faculty, parents and community stakeholders, will provide all students with the tools and resources to succeed. We believe that our students are C.H.A.M.P.S (College Headed And Mighty Proud Students) who will explore their own talents, take pride in themselves, their school, and their community in order to leave high school college and career ready.

Mission Statement

The mission of Bell High School Counseling program is to ensure that all of our students receive equitable access to the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to achieve academic excellence, college/career readiness, personal growth, and social responsibility to become contributing members of our community.

Research shows that students score higher on the SAT simply because the PSAT provided them a chance to practice!

Even better, all PSAT test takers receive a comprehensive report outlining their academic strengths and areas for growth. Each student will then have an opportunity to create an online test prep program targeting their needs through a collaboration with Kahn Academy!

PSAT Prep Live starts September 29 - Students can get free, live online prep for the PSAT from Kaplan experts the weekends of September 29 and October 6. Even if you can’t attend, all enrollees get access to the live recordings through email. Sign up here

Naviance is a comprehensive college and career readiness solution that helps students turn their aspirations into achievement. Counselors will work with students through their Advisory to provide an orientation and get students started on Naviance. Naviance promotes Self-Discovery through foundational assessments, Career Exploration through a range of career research tools, College planning tools help students identify their best-fit post secondary options.
