Milk Carton Shortage Information

Due to guidelines presented by the Office of Child Nutrition, starting Monday, November 6:

- Students that buy lunch are not allowed to purchase an additional milk due to a milk carton shortage, but will still be provided a milk with lunch.

- Students packing lunch are allowed to buy a milk, but must do so in cash. They cannot charge.

PASS Volunteer Information

Potomack is seeking volunteers for our PASS program! The PASS program involves community members who are willing to volunteer at least 30 minutes out of their week with a student one on one. PASS volunteers help students with schoolwork and build positive relationships with them to help them to succeed. If you want to know more or are interested in becoming a PASS volunteer, check out the link below.

TutorWV - Online Tutoring for Students in WV

PTO Meeting and WatchD.O.G.S. Launch Party Results

On Thursday, November 2, Potomack's PTO met before the WatchD.O.G.S. launch party. The PTO made motions to proceed with some Potomack gear as a fundraiser so be on the lookout for that as we move forward and with ice cream sales during lunch beginning in a few weeks.

Over 160 people came to our WatchD.O.G.S. launch party with 35 dads signing up for dates in the school. Thank you to Mr. Josh Hykes and Mr. Tony McDonald for their help in the kickoff! Check out some photos below.
