- Last week they welcomed all veterans into the building for our Veteran's Day Program.
- They have picked up trash around our building.
- During homecoming week, they sold spirit beads to students.

1st Grade Musical Performance
They will be performing their rendition of The Lorax in our gym. We are excited to watch their finished product.
3rd Grade Field Trip
Students will get to take a tour of the stadium and work in centers in academic areas focusing on math and science.
Balloons Over Central
The idea is to mimic the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in our hallways with student created balloons. Each student will get their own balloon to design and create a character.
Teachers will be tying in several academic areas to the Balloons Over Central activities: STEM, reading, writing, social studies, and fine arts. We think our students are really going to enjoy this new tradition!
This is a student and staff only parade. Be looking for pictures and videos on our social media accounts after the 21st.
Students of the Month
Students of the month get to have a donut with Mrs. Heaton and Mr. Klein, they get a golden token to use for our book vending machine, and they get a certificate.
Earning Student of the Month honors is a big accomplishment for our students!
Manners Lunch
The menu for Thursday is: turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, and a turkey shaped pretzel. It's our version of a Thanksgiving meal.
