Good Morning OES families!
We had another successful week of winter activities. Students are enjoying the activities, and gaining new skills! It's amazing to see their growth from one week to the next. Our next day of winter activities is schedule for March 8th.
Our 8th graders register for their high school classes on Tuesday. It's been interesting listening to their discussions about the elective courses they are interested in. They have been asking lots of good questions, and are getting excited to transition to Lake Region.
Students have reached "Yahoo" on the Owls Nest - so we will celebrate with crazy hair & sock day on Wednesday. I've also heard that many classes still have buckets to dump - so we may be celebrating again on Friday afternoon with a whole school celebration.
Next week is Winter Break. School will resume on Wednesday, March 6th.
