Buffalo Express

We are filled with holiday cheer at Berryton Elementary and there are lots of exciting events happening. Listed below are details to highlight Berryton happenings.

• Donuts with Dads- We loved having all of the dads, brothers, grandpas, and special people to our Buffalos enjoy some donuts with us this morning. Thanks to the PTO for sponsoring such a great event.

• Holiday Parties- We will be having holiday parties on Wednesday, December 22nd at 3:00 in all classrooms. Families are welcome to attend and will need to be masked while inside the building. If you'd like to take your child home immediately following the party fill out the google form below.

• Sounds of the Holidays- Yesterday we had the SHHS Orchestra come and play 5 songs for our students in grades 3-6. Students did a great job of being a respectful audience and the orchestra sounded amazing. Check out videos below to see clips of their performance.

• This Is It- Each of our grade levels is focused on the key of "This Is It" and community service. There are multiple ways our students are learning to make the most of every moment by giving back to our community and learning about one another.

12/8- 5th/6th Orchestra Concert at 6:15 in SHHS Auditorium

12/8- 5th/6th Band Concert att 7:30 in SHHS Gym

12/14- Chipotle Meal Night from 5-9 pm

12/20- 3rd and 4th grade music concert at 7 pm (SHHS Auditorium)

12/23- 1/6- Holiday Break and No School

As an elementary principal I enjoy working collaboratively with staff members to support student learning. I am passionate about continuing to learn professionally, and building relationships with staff and students at Berryton Elementary. When I'm not serving at Berryton Elementary I am usually with my husband and two sons. We can be found at sporting events, cheering on Kansas State University, or just enjoying a movie at home.
