NYC and UN Tour Update
I am so sorry for the delay in getting word out about the trip to NYC. I have been working hard with Amtrak in particular for our trip. Between DCPS field trip deadlines, the end of the school year, and quick Amtrak trip deadlines I am sad to say that the trip will not happen this year. I have a lot of research done and will definitely look to do this in the fall next year rather than as an end of the year trip. Thank you to all of the students and parents who checked in and were so ready to go. Thank you!

What is Model UN?
Model UN is a simulation of the UN General Assembly and its other multilateral bodies where students perform an ambassador role while debating topics such as gender equality, climate action, global health, and more. Through public speaking, critical thinking, and in-depth research, the Model UN experience allows students to cultivate skills and enrich their global affairs knowledge.
