When I think of things that I am thankful for, I can honestly say that working with an amazing group of campus specialists is on my list. You all have no idea how much more enjoyable you make my job. I learn so much from each of you. Every campus visit is different, and I am really enjoying getting to know you all more personally. As you wind down for the semester, I encourage you to find 2-3 things about your job that you are thankful for. It will make your job that much more worth it!

This month we will be focusing on instructional delivery. By now, you should have signed up for a time slot for your observation. Ideally, we will meet just before the observation to set the focus and objectives of your lesson. Following the observation, we will debrief and I will leave you with written feedback.

Important Notes:

• If you have not already done so, please send me an Outlook calendar invitation that includes the exact time and location of the observation.
  
• Plan for me to be there at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of your lesson.
  
• Please block off about 20-30 minutes of your schedule for us to debrief following the observation.
