Have questions regarding April Return to Campus updates? Here are some resources for parents as you make the decision that is right for your family:
Next Distribution - March 18 & 19
During your scheduled 30-minute distribution time, you will enter through the east Entrance Gate and proceed as directed by staff. Please have return items loaded in your trunk! Please stick to the assigned window for each student if at all possible. Teachers will will be here during their assigned time only, but accommodations can be made if you have multiple children. No student will be counted absent during their distribution time or during a sibling’s time – just notify the teacher if you will be coming during a sibling’s time slot. Please follow the guidance provided by your teacher regarding expectations for attendance and entering/exiting your zoom classroom based upon your assigned distribution time. Please note our restrooms will be closed.

Auction Items Needed...
CFF is still approximately $100,000 short from meeting our fundraising goal. To close the gap, we will hold our Annual Spring Auction online the last week of April. However, we need your help!
Are you a yoga instructor who can teach a yoga class or a great baker who would have fun teaching our students how to bake a cake (all online, of course!)? Are you up for hosting a fun, adult only murder mystery zoom party for some other CMCS families? Do you own or manage a business and can donate your product or services? Maybe you have connections to people/businesses who might be willing to donate to our auction These are just a few examples of things that you can do to ensure that we have a successful fundraiser.
Please reach out to the Auction Committee at auction@welovecmcs.org with your donation ideas. We’d love to create a donation item centered around your skill/talent/business/Interests. If you don’t have anything to contribute to the auction, but would like to help, please contact us ASAP! There is still tons to do, and we can use all the help we can get.
Most of us chose to send our children to CMCS because of the wonderful programs our school offers our students. Let’s make this final push TOGETHER to keep these programs at our school. Our children are counting on us! Thank you, wonderful community families!

CFF is looking for leaders...
CFF elections are coming up May 17-23 and nominations open April 19-25. As we have many parents graduating, we need to fill numerous positions or to serve as co-officers on the Board, as well as looking for new committee chairs. This is great time to start thinking about how you might like to get involved!
Directions for how to nominate yourself or someone will go out in March, but if you are interested in learning more about a position, talking with a current Board Member about their job, shadowing a Board Member, or just want to learn more about what is involved, please email cff@welovecmcs.org or Learn more about the positions and eligibility requirements.
Also, an election ballot will be sent to the email of each parent/guardian, teacher, staff member registered in Fresh Schools. If your spouse/partner is not registered, but you want them to be able to vote, then please be sure to register them in FreshSchools BEFORE the election begins!
