SPORTS REQUIREMENTS


All students planning to go out for a sport must have completed the following prior to the first day of tryouts:


  • Physical screening, dated after May 1, 2021.
  • Student, parent, and/or doctor consent signatures on the Athletic Pre-Participation Clearance Form (Physical Form)
  • Millard Public Schools Online registration must be completed
  • Pay a $65.00 non-refundable athletic fee.


The Physical Form with the requirements listed above can be found on Millard North website, under the Activities section or picked up at Millard North High School from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.


ALL DIVERS MUST have completed IMPACT testing before the season. More information will be sent later.

Start of the season

This information will be covered in detail at the Oct 26 meeting.


Nov. 15th is the 1st day of the season.

JV Swim is at 6:00am Monday morning.

Varsity Swim tryouts are immediately after school on Monday.

Diving is at 5:30 Monday evening.


Tryouts are for Varsity only. Swimming and Diving is a no cut sport. There are minimum requirements to be on the team but we do not have tryouts to be on JV. Seniors can be on JV too.

Morning practice building entry

To get into the building for morning practice you need to enter through Door 27 (West side of school across from softball field). The door will be unlocked by a coach 10-15 minutes before practice. We are required to lock the doors after our athletes have entered the building. The doors will be locked at the beginning of the practice. You MUST be on time.
