Welcome back Centennial Hawks! We are happy to see our returning Hawks and to meet our new ones. We hope you all have a successful start to a new school year.

• Use an agenda or planner to keep up with your assignments (digital calendars like Google Calendar, or iCal work too!)
• Ask questions to your teachers throughout the year about the content...don't wait until the last minute to learn everything you didn't understand.
• Take advantage of test/quiz reviews.
• Attend tutoring before or after school, or during lunch.
• Make friends in class, so you can form study groups.
• Get enough sleep at night.
• Designate a specific place in your house to study or do your homework.
• Plug your phone in on the other side of the room, so you can work undistracted.

If you are a Sophomore, Junior or Senior that might need to recover credits through Night School, please click on the link below. You can also visit your school counselor at their office at anytime during the regular school day for more information. Remember, if you did not pass any Night School classes you were previously enrolled in, you will have to pay the $50 per half credit fee.

Please provide written notes or send an email to our attendance secretary for any previous or upcoming absences for your student(s). This ensures that we have proper documentation to excuse the absence.
