Fan Expectations and Safety at HCPSS Athletics Events
High school athletic events serve as a wonderful opportunity for students, friends, families, staff and community members to come together in support of their favorite teams. To ensure these games are able to be safely enjoyed by all in attendance, it is imperative that everyone adheres to the rules, expectations and laws in place to ensure safety.
All children who are in 8th grade or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all HCPSS athletics contests or will be turned away from entry. Adult supervision must continue for the entirety of the athletic contest.
Athletic contests are considered extensions of the school day, and behaviors that violate the HCPSS Student Code of Conduct or Board of Education policies are subject to the same disciplinary measures as those that occur during the school day.
Fall Dance: November 3rd, 2023
TVMS is ready to dance on the dance floor for a Fall Dance on Friday, November 3rd, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. There will be a DJ and, as part of the ticket cost, each Timberwolf will receive one snack, one drink, and a slice of pizza.
Admission to the dance is $5. All proceeds from the dance will go to end-of-year PBIS events for students.
Timberwolves are expected to turn in their permission forms before the morning announcements in their grade-level hallway. Tickets will go on sale on October 25th. Permission forms and money must be turned in, no later than, November 1st. Tickets are limited! Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets will be first come, first served with a priority for students who have ten den dollars.
As always, students who attend the dance should consistently demonstrate behavior that aligns with the Student Code of Conduct and PBIS framework both in and out of school.
If you are interested in volunteering to chaperone the dance, please contact Mr. Vasquez. Christian_Vasquez@hcpss.org
