Sports Physicals

Date: Friday, May 3, 2019
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Blair Oaks High School
Cost: $15.00
Make checks payable to Dr. Galbraith.

Students must bring the physical form with pages 1, 2, and 3 completed and signed by the parent and athlete. Page 2 will be completed by Dr. Galbraith. This physical is good for the 2019-2020 school year.

The Blair Oaks Cheer Program will be hosting the Hello Belle Boutique fashion truck. You are invited to shop and help the squad earn money to help pay for upcoming clinics and camps.

The Hello Belle Boutique is Mid-Missouri’s first fully stocked “fashion truck” with clothes in sizes small to triple XL. The mission at Hello Belle is to provide the latest trendy boutique items at an affordable price, with all items being less than $40. Thank you for your support!

Community Service Opportunities

Message from the high school counseling department:
When it comes to scholarship opportunities, community service helps to distinguish you from the competition by showing your commitment to making the world a better place. Scholarship providers, being philanthropists themselves, can appreciate students who show an early interest in helping those around them.

Message from Missouri River Regional Library:

We are looking for motivated 6th through 12th graders who would like to volunteer a day or two a week at the library this summer. They will be paired with kids in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade to read together and do activities. The volunteers get a free t-shirt, service hours and a letter of recommendation. Applications are due on Monday, May 13 by the end of the day. Flyer and application are linked below for more info.
