Remember that Friday is field day at RES!! Please have your child dress in comfortable clothing, wear sneakers or a shoe they can run safely in, bring a BIG AND FILLED water bottle, apply sunscreen and.or bug screen at home. You will probably want to pack an extra set of DRY CLOTHES for your child.
VOLUNTEERS
Thank you so much to those who have volunteered to help on Friday.
If this has changed please update your availability in the sign up genius.
Please park in the lower lot (carpool if possible) and arrive by 8:00 am. Bring water and a cell phone to use as a timer. Volunteer sign in will be outside, there is no need to come in the building. Only those who have volunteered for an unconventional activity will receive an email from Mrs. Warden explaining your station. If the activity is straight forward you will not receive this email. Notes
- All students' lunch accounts must be paid in full. Students cannot carry a negative balance. If children are in the red, they cannot purchase ice cream. We are more than happy to help if you don't know how to access your account or pay online! All positive balances will carry over to the next school year.
- We strongly encourage non-food items for all events, birthdays, etc. If you are planning on sending food of any kind into school, you must notify Lori Flint (lflint@sau50.org) and the teacher one WEEK prior so we can be vigilant and work with our teachers and families around the food students are being served. if food appears and the nurse has not been notified prior, then we cannot serve the food to our students.
