Dear Parents,

We have completed first grading period and parent teacher conferences. Please utilize the resources in the newsletter regarding Canvas in order to stay in the know regarding your student’s grades and progress in their courses. The days get busy for all of us and we hope to make accessing grades and contacting staff as easy as possible. If you have difficulties, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will make sure that someone from our technology department contacts you. If you have any feedback regarding conferences, please feel free to share it as well. Again, our goal is to make conferences convenient and meaningful for you and your student.

As we move through the semester, continue to utilize our school website as the primary source for school communication. We will do our best to make sure that the content is up to date and useful for you.

Please take a few moments to take part in a new online survey for Pattonville residents and staff. The survey will help develop a new facilities plan for the future. To ensure Pattonville understands the priorities of its community, the district invites parents, staff and community members to answer the online survey, which will be open through Oct. 11. Grading Period 1 Report cards are active in your Parent Portal. To access it, you will need to log into your Parent Portal and on the left hand side, click on student reports. There it will say "21-22 High School G1."

PHS offers FREE ACT review classes to PHS students preparing for the ACT exam. It is highly recommended that you attend all sessions offered. ALL CLASSES ARE 6-8 PM unless otherwise noted below. Students do not need to sign up, just show up!

Parents of Seniors please remind your student that the deadline to sign up for the A+ program is Friday, October 15th.

Senior Yearbook photos will be taken by Wagner Photo on October 27. Appointments can be scheduled using the link below.

Students do not need to purchase pictures from Wagner, but they do need to be photographed by Wagner to be included in the yearbook.

If anyone wants to volunteer at PHS, they must complete a background check if they meet certain criteria. The volunteer background check process and criteria are spelled out in the letter below.

The graphic below is very helpful to understand the instances in which a quarantine is or is not required based on CDC guidelines. This is the chart the district will use to make decisions in the instance of a COVID positive exposure.
