Principal's Message - November 21, 2024

Student council is preparing for our annual door decorating contest and would love for everyone to participate with their Talon Time. The theme this year is College Football. In the coming days, every talon time will receive a team to theme their door around. This week is only for planning, and the contest will run after break from Dec 2nd- Dec 13th. The most creative 7th and 8th grade door will earn a pizza party.

This year, the poster printer is off limits. Please also limit the number of students working on it in the hallway. Encourage your class to work on the door poster inside your classroom and hang it up when it is all done so we can prevent students from roaming the halls.

The Media Center has colored pencils and paper if you need it. Upon availability, the Counseling Office will have some supplies as well. Other than those places, other rooms are not able to provide anything. Students and teachers can feel free to bring in additional supplies as needed.

Old News

This week begins our second SOS Campaign: Get the Word Out. Our students have designed things for the school to be part of for the next 2 weeks. Please see the attached calendar (in 2 formats) so you can be prepared and can promote the activities. All needed supplies (ie. prizes, worksheets, posters) will be provided to you throughout the 2 weeks. Thank you for helping our students spread the word about SOS and the positivity that we stand for.

The WEB assembly will now be December 20.
