Picture Day Information

Please click the link below and signup for a time slot to get your photos taken. All families must make an appointment. (Signups through signup genius. Click link below).

If you haven't made an appointment or are uncertain if you can attend, we will accept drop-ins from 1:30-3:30.

This will be a socially distanced event with all COVID safety precautions in place. Please remember to wear your mask and keep social distance to others not in your family at all times. We also ask if you have any COVID or flu like symptoms that you do not attend photo day and attend our future make up photo day.

All students are encouraged to get their photos taken whether they choose to order photos or not as student photos are part of our school yearbook.

Due to the weather threatening to be very windy and possible rain we have made adjustments to the location of the student materials pick up/drop off. CHANGES below are in ALL CAPS.

1. The classroom materials crates will be LOCATED IN THE BREEZEWAY NEAR THE MPR (Multipurpose room/Cafeteria). WE ARE ASKING ALL FAMILIES TO PARK AND WALK ONTO CAMPUS FOR PHOTOS AND MATERIAL PICK UP.

2. We want all students to get their photos taken whether or not they will be purchasing a package.

3. If a family is getting photos taken these are the instructions for the day: Please plan to park your car upon arrival and then proceed to the photo entrance at the front of the MPR. Photos will be taken inside the MPR. Once photos are completed families will exit out the SIDE OF THE MPR AND WALK TO THE FRONT OF BUILDING TO GET MATERIALS. THEN EXIT OUT GATES FACING YULUPA AVE.

4. Please maintain social distance at all times while out of your car and please keep mask on until you return to your car.

5. Last minute appointments can be accommodated by calling the office.
