Principal's Message
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this message finds you and your family doing well. As we enter the third week of the new academic year, I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates and express my gratitude for your continued support.
First and foremost, I want to commend our students for their exceptional efforts and enthusiasm during these initial weeks of school. It has been a pleasure to witness their eagerness to learn, engage, and adapt to their new educational environment.
I also want to acknowledge the invaluable role you, as parents and guardians, play in their success. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and involvement in their education have a profound impact on their motivation and achievements. Your partnership with our teachers and staff is instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for our students.
Now, onto some important updates:
1. Health and Safety Measures: Our school continues to prioritize the health and safety of our students, staff, and community. We are scheduled to conduct a fire drill this week.
2. Curriculum and Learning: Our dedicated teachers have been working diligently to deliver a comprehensive and engaging curriculum that meets the individual needs of each student. MAP Testing will take place Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week to provide us with needed data to support students. Our W.I.N. Time will now take place from 8:30 - 8:50 am. This block of time is used to support literacy and numeracy. Please, ensure that students arrive to school on time to engage during this learning period.
3. Parent-Teacher Conferences: Building strong relationships between parents and teachers is crucial for student success. Please, work with your child’s teacher to arrange a time to meet if there are any questions.
4. Car Rider Dismissal: Students will report to car rider pick up at 3:15 pm.
Thank you once again for your ongoing support. Let's make this academic year a memorable and successful journey for our students!
Warm regards,
Will Zwingmann
Principal
