Weekly Tutoring
BrainFuse
In an effort to provide extra help and support to students and families, we want to provide every opportunity possible for students to receive additional enrichment. To enhance the ease of usage we are incorporating Brainfuse into the Canvas platform providing ease of access for students. Students from grades K-12 will have 24/7 access to live tutoring services to provide support for reading, math, science, and more at no cost to them or the school. Students can chat with a live, on-demand tutor providing support, testing preparation, homework help, etc. This platform uses a real-time chat feature and an online classroom. Please let families know this is available to both students and parents as a free resource. To see how it works, click the provided link: Live Online Tutoring Demo

♻️Recycling Contest!♻️
PFHS has entered the recycling contest again this year! We need your help and support!
We will be competing in the PepsiCo Recycle Rally again this year. This will be our 5th year competing in the contest, and each of these years our school has placed 1st or 2nd place in the nation. During the contest we collect and recycle plastic bottles (#1 & #2) and aluminum cans. The green team then sorts, weighs and recycles all of them. At the end of the contest the top 5 schools in the nation wins a cash prize for their school. Over the last 5 years PFHS has won more than $150,000 from this contest! Plus our school gets other prizes that we use during the contest as incentives and contests for our students and staff. Again this is a huge contest for the student Green team and our school, plus it brings national recognition to our school and CCS in general. If you have any questions please let Linwood Starling know Happy Recycling!!
