A Newsletter for Families of Solar Preparatory School for Boys

Hello Solar Family. We have a lot of events to prepare for during this spring semester so please be sure to check the calendar of events and what is happening around campus. I wanted to make sure that you all are aware that we are starting our Student Council for our 4th - 7th graders. They have signed up for positions and I will be informing them on Tuesday if they qualified to run for the position. The 4th - 7th grade body will vote on Tuesday, March 5th, when we vote as adults.

We are also starting our National Elementary Honor Society (4th and 5th grade) and our National Junior Honor Society (6th and 7th grade). We will be sending home qualification letters in two weeks and planning for our induction ceremony when we come back from Spring Break.

Also please see below for the newest members of our family. We have Officer Propes who will now be with us full time and Mr. Palos who is a teacher intern on our campus. Please welcome them when you see them.

Thank you all for what you do to continue to assist in giving our scholars to best school experience that they could have. You are truly appreciated and I am thankful to serve as the Principal of this community. Remember that scholars are not coming to school on Monday so have a great extended weekend and we will see you all on Tuesday.
