FBLA members going to Six Flags need to sign up in Mr. Snelling's room or online at mrsnelling.com
Community Betterment Club Members need to check in on Google Classroom REGULARLY. There are lots of events coming up that we need their help with.
There will be STEM enrichment after school Thursdays until 5:00 pm in Mrs. D Wilson's room. We will have robotics, engineering (rube goldberg machines) and other things.
- If you are a student that has classes at PRTC first hour, you cannot be dropped off at PRTC without checking in with the office. In addition, if you are checking out early, a parent must check you out at the main office first. If you are a student driver, you cannot park at PRTC. You must park in the student parking lot and ride the shuttle bus.

Seniors: Financial Aid Fridays during ATLAS
On Fridays starting October 28, we will start "Financial Aid Fridays" during ATLAS for seniors that are interested in learning more about types of financial aid and why it's important.
This will take place in the library during ATLAS. Report directly to the library. Your mentor teacher will mark you absent but a sign-in sheet will be provided to the office to correct attendance. If you do not sign-in and you are marked absent for ATLAS, then you may be subject to discipline for truancy. You do not have to attend all of the lessons. Pick which ones you think would be the most beneficial for you.

THANK YOU to Mr. Jason Mayberry of Texas County Memorial Hospital for giving a presentation to Ms. Lindsey Vermillion’s high school health classes on the warning signs of strokes and the procedures the hospital performs when a stroke patient comes into the emergency room. He also talked about the different parts of the brain and the functions of those parts.
