I hope you all managed to stay safe and warm over the past couple of days. I'm very grateful that our campus did not sustain significant damage and our lights and heat were working so our Eagles could make their way back to school today.

We are still working on re-scheduling spring picture dates and will send that information out to you as soon as we've got it.

Pre-K registration opened up this week and we have a limited number of spots. Don't hesitate to complete your online registration! Once you've completed your registration you will need to come up to the school to pay your deposit. Feel free to call the school if you have any questions. Please spread the word, because we'd love for each one of our spots to be filled by students that live within our attendance zone or plan to transfer into Owens.

I want to give a special shout out to our amazing counselor, Mrs. Monica Jones. We are so appreciative of her service to Owens and the impact she has on our students and families. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her role and provides first rate care for our school. Monica has been invaluable to me in my transition as principal of Owens and I cannot thank her enough for all of her support.
