First Week of School
PRACTICE RUN TODAY!!!
Hello team.
Tomorrow is the big day.
In order to ensure that we have our routines down pat, I'm asking everyone to participate in a SCHOOL WIDE fire drill practice run this afternoon at 3:20.
When you hear the "Code Green." Please head back to your rooms.
Then, We would like to do a school-wide practice of our dismissal routine.
We would like for that to follow our exact dismissal time.
Therefore it will begin at 3:35 with our primary classes.
Then, at 3:40 we will dismiss upstairs.
Please meet in the Cafeteria immediately following our Dismissal Practice so we can go over any questions or concerns.
TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE AN AMAZING START TO A FABULOUS YEAR!
This run through is to provide clarification of posts and ensure we have thought of everything possible. Please take notes and bring suggestions if you see any potential issues.

Code of Conduct- Don't forget
We strongly believe that grade-levels deserve a little autonomy. You have created such strong Units for the "Fantastic Elastic Brain" so we did not want to distribute a prescriptive (sterile) plan for going over every single expectation. While we will not be distributing a word-for word first day plan for you, please make sure that you go over the entire code of conduct with your classes from Wednesday through Friday. It's essential that our students know what is expected of them at all times.
Please make sure you are practicing your routines, expectations, and re-teaching them when necessary. Repeat, repeat, and just when you think they have it... repeat again.
