The By-Laws indicate that our Board should be comprised of seven positions. During 2020, two residents left the Board and we now have two vacancies to fill.

In anticipation of our next election in March 2021, we are looking to recruit residents who would be interested in helping to serve our community. The January 19th Board Meeting will be a ZOOM call.

All interested parties are invited to join the call for a short presentation on Board service along with an open Q&A discussion.

An invitation will go out approximately one week before the meeting. Participation in Board service can be rewarding, however, it does come with a time commitment.

There will be no increase to the common charges for 2021.

Reminder - On street parking is prohibited.

The site plan approved by the town noted this because the roads which accommodate our community are not wide enough for emergency vehicles. All residents have access to two parking spots. A combination of garage and a parking space in front of your home or adjacent to your property. Please utilize them.

Other spots exist in the community and are for guests. In addition, please note that the additional spots are marked by yellow lines. If you are not parked within the lines, it is NOT a parking spot.

The pandemic has created many guests. Please be mindful of your neighbors when parking in the community. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have written about this in the past and we are pleased that the community has responded favorably by recycling properly and not leaving garbage outside the bins.

Maintaining the property is a high priority that we can achieve together. We thank you.

We also wanted to advise you that due to the ongoing pandemic, a resolution was voted on and approved to postpone the 2020 annual meeting.

Once the pandemic lessens and meeting restrictions are modified, owners will be notified of plans for the 2021 annual meeting.

2020 has had a flurry of sale activity of units selling quickly at favorable prices. We should feel good about this and continue to maintain and improve our investment.
