Welcome to Caddie's monthly newsletter. We hope you enjoy our paperless format, and will continue to use the newsletter as a reference for looking up days off, lunch menus, and much more. This newsletter will be updated throughout the month. Please feel free to let us know if there is anything else you would like to see!

Quarter 1 Report Cards are ready to view in Skyward Family Access

Instructions: Log in to Skyward Family Access and select “Portfolio”. Select Quarter 1, 2023-2024 from the list. Quarter 1 report cards are for grades K thru 5 only.

The Health Room is asking for donations of boys size 4 socks, and boys size 4/6 pants.

The 3rd and 4th graders are making snowflakes out of cardboard tubes for the Christmas concert this year! I would love to collect as many as I can! Toilet paper tubes and paper towel tubes work the best!

The Caddie Library Storybook Pumpkin Patch grew some amazing pumpkins this year! Thank you to all of the students, and their families, who created these fantastic pumpkin characters!

Students should pick up their pumpkins, and their small participation prize, by Friday, November 3.

THANK YOU, officer Brandon, for talking about trick or treat safety with the kindergarteners!

Our lost and found table is really starting to grow! Do you recognize any of these items? Please call the office, and we can send them home with your child.

Also, please feel free to stop in after dismissal to take a look yourself.

Unclaimed items are donated to St. Vincent de Paul at the end of each month.

On the first Monday of every month, we welcome and encourage you to have your child wear a T-shirt with a positive message.

Here are just a couple examples of positive messages: “Choose Kind,” “Be the Nice Kid,” “Don’t Worry, Be Happy.” Any phrase or picture on a shirt that sends a positive thought and puts a smile on

someone’s face is welcomed!

This is completely optional of course, but we hope you consider having your child participate on the first Monday of every month!

Thank you for being such a positive part of our school community!

Picture retakes are Thursday, Nov 2. If your child does not attend on Thursdays, please feel free to bring them in around 8:30 am.

Attached is the 2024 Poster and Speaking contest registration as well as a list of topic ideas for the speaking contest. Although all topics are relevant to conservation in Wisconsin, we highlighted some of the more highly recommended topics, feel free to choose anything on the list or come up with your own!
