If you have registered or will register for one of the Upcoming VIRTUAL Vision & Hearing Re-Certification Workshops in July or August, you MUST email Claudia Bourland at Texas DSHS and let her know that you want to attend the Microsoft Teams Meeting for Re-Certification.
IMPORTANT: Claudia will verify your last certification date prior to the class date and she will send you a confirmation email with a link to join the class virtually. The link to join the class will come from Claudia Bourland.
If for some reason, she does not have your last certification date on file, you must be able to provide a copy of your vision and hearing certification card with the expiration date.
If you do not have proof of prior certification, you will not be allowed to attend the virtual re-certification training. Participants must log in on time. If you are late you will have to register for another session.
