Greetings Families!
It is my distinct pleasure to officially introduce myself as principal of TAES. I am honored to be able to join a team and community that has a history of incredible academic success and community support.
As we embark on this academic journey together, I am excited about the opportunities for growth and success that lie ahead for our students. I have quickly begun getting to know the staff here at TAES and we have incredibly blessed to have a dedicated team of educators that are passionate about providing a high-quality education that empowers each child to reach their full potential.
I believe in the power of collaboration and partnership between school and home. I understand that families play a crucial role in a child's education, and am committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that values open communication, shared goals, and a sense of belonging.
I invite you to actively participate in our school community, attend events, engage in parent-teacher conferences, and join us in creating a positive and enriching educational experience for every child. Together, we can inspire a love for learning and create lasting memories for our students. Please reach out to me to support in any way that I can.
Thank you for entrusting me with the education of your children. I look forward to a successful and fulfilling school year filled with achievements, joy, and continuous collaboration.
Regards,
Mrs. Bellflower
Afternoon Car Riders
Please ensure that you have your green card (or at least a card) that clearly shows your students names and grades written. You may ask your student's teacher if you need a new one. This will greatly support me as I begin to learn families and student's names. I want to continue to allow the car rider line to run as smoothly and quickly as possible and this will greatly support in that happening.
Dancing Drums
We are excited to welcome the Dancing Drum program to TAES on Wed. Jan 10th to provide a drum/character workshop for our kiddos. Please go here to see more information on the incredible experience they provide for schools. A big thank you to Mrs. Payne for helping organize this incredible experience for our students. Look out for social media content to see photos and videos!
Art Club Update
4th grade families: If your student would like to participate in the Art Club please sign up using the Sign Up Genius link below. Mrs. Carlisle is able to accommodate 15 students at a time. She will be holding another session for 3rd graders following this one.
Art sessions will be immediately after school on Mondays (for 6 weeks) beginning January 22! Pick-up time will be 3:15 (where the afternoon carline meets). We will hold an art show at the end of both sessions for all participants and parents (date to follow). If you are signing up, please make sure that your student will be able to attend all sessions on Mondays so they have completed art to display.
